HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ITEM? In stock items are ordered within 1-3 business days after an order is placed on the website. Our items ship directly from the manufacturer, so please keep in mind that some mills ship within 1-5 business days, while other mills take more than 5-10 days to ship. In certain cases we reserve the right to route orders less than 5 thru our NC location as we are forced to consolidate shipping from our vendors. We make every effort to email a tracking number. Once your item is shipped, it should arrive in 1-5 business days.
Mind the Gap: All products are "Print to Order". Once your order is received please allow 14-21 days for the paper to ship from Transylvania, Romania.
DO YOU SEND SAMPLES AND WHAT IS THE SIZE? Absolutely. We are happy to order samples. Please visit the item on our site, use the sample option (if available) and checkout. We will order your sample from the manufacturer and they will process the sample and direct ship to you. Most fabrics can be sampled, although a couple of our vendors (Waverly and Covington) do not send samples. Memo swatches can vary in size from each manufacturer and may be between 4" x 6" to as large as 27" x 27".
